Chapter 6: Creating Drawings with Draw
Using a Grid
To work with great precision, for example to place rectangles one on top of the other, use the
grid function. To turn on the grid, choose Tools > Options > OpenOffice.org Draw > Grid
and select the Snap to Grid option. As an additional aid, selecting Visible Grid makes it
easy to place documents exactly on top of each other in the document.
